    Responsibilities

    Join the Noblis Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team as the lead for development of our corporate marketing strategy supporting important enterprise priorities. The PR, Marketing, and Communications Specialist reports directly to the Marcom Manager. This position will act in a lead role for and will primarily support Noblis general PRmarketing, communications, and messaging needs for our external brand presenceThis position will also have the opportunity to support our internal employee communications and engagement needs alongside others on the Marcom team who lead that area. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Work directly with stakeholders across Noblis to develop a yearly Marketing Strategy and Plan for key priorities across our mission areas and work directly with executive leadership to vet and approve this plan 
    • Work directly with stakeholders across Noblis to plan the marketing campaigns in support of our Marketing Strategy and Plan 
    • Act as lead to the Marcom team (designers, multimedia, comms specialists) in the project management and execution of our marketing campaigns 
    • Collaborate with marketing teammates and parties across the company to develop effective marketing campaigns for both internal and external projects 
    • Write and edit marketing messaging for use in collateral, web content, and other forms of media for our external presence and ensure we maintain new and relevant content on our external sites 
    • Act as primary contact for inquiring media and manage advertising vendor resources 
    • Manage and implement advertising and PR campaigns with the goal of enriching Noblis’ position within the public eye 
    • Establish and maintain relationships with media reps and marketing vendors 
    • Oversee and actively post to our externally facing social media sites and collaborate with Marcom teammates and others on effective use of social media  
    • Work with subject matter experts across Noblis to create thought leadership pieces such as white papers or articles for outside publication 
    • Provide support in planning and logistics for events such as trade-shows and conferences to include consulting and recommendations for brand presence at shows such as sponsorships 
    • May be asked to serve as occasional support to proposal team for writing and editing

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field 
    • Experience with media relations 
    • Solid experience with writing and AP style 
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage projects and time effectively 
    • Effective and persuasive communication skills both in person and in writing 
    • Ability to work with others in a highly collaborative work environment 
    • Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines, establish priorities, planand communicate expectations and status to stakeholders 
    • Experience and ability to communicate and work with executive level stakeholders 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
    • Experience with website content management platforms such as O365 SharePoint and WordPress, or similar systems and tools 
    • Experience with social media, web analytics, and PR platforms and tools such as Sprout Social and Cision PR Suite or other similar tools 
    • Experience with Google Analytics and website SEO a plus
