Paid Software Developer Internship

Like any professional organization, the Noblis family of companies must process several different forms as a part of normal business operations.  The Noblis eForms library seeks to streamline the creation, processing, and archiving of instances of many of these forms and has been successful in that regard for the forms that are currently supported.  However, there are several forms that are not yet available within the Noblis eForms library which could potentially be supported which involve a degree of automation to implement.

This project will provide hands on experience with a number of areas related to technology/software development. The intern will have a tangible work product at the end of the summer that they will be able to present and reference on their resume in addition to contributing to deliverables. ​

Desired Outcomes:

In general, adding a form to the Noblis Forms library results in several benefits including:

• Increased speed in processing
• Increased consistency and enforcement of desired workflow
• Increased ability to track / audit form processing progress
• Increased ability to remove single points of failure or add delegatory authority​

What you bring to the table:

• Proof of U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency; 
• A GPA of 3.3 or higher in your undergraduate, master's or doctoral studies;
• Demonstrated analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills and team work skills
• Experience in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in high-level programming languages (eg .NET/C#)
• Prior experience with web application development is helpful
• Prior experience with SQL-Server and database development is helpful
• Research and analysis skills
• Communication skills - effective verbal and written communications​
