Noblis is positioned to provide technology and operational solutions to senior decision makers in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Homeland Defense in the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate. The DHS S&T Directorate is the primary research and development arm of the DHS and manages science and technology research, from development through transition, for the Department's operational components and first responders to protect the homeland. The Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD) Division works with DHS components and other sector-specific agencies to increase public and governmental awareness of potential chemical and biological threats, and to strengthen the nation's preparedness and response against these threats.
We are actively seeking to identify personnel to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment and integrity to successfully support the strategic goals of CBD by providing day-to-day management of assigned task order projects that involve teams of engineers, scientists, and management professionals involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining large complex systems. Candidates should demonstrate written and oral communication skills, as well as proven skills in technical areas and organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all project activities.
