    Noblis ESI is hiring an Information Assurance Manager with a Top Secret SCI clearance to work in Chantilly, VA


    Job Description:

    The Information Assurance Specialist supports the COTR by providing technical guidance and recommendations regarding all IA development efforts, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities as well as evaluating requirements to identify IA considerations.  Advises with respect to IA activities at ERBs, PMRs, or any applicable project control gate and testing activities. Provides support to the COTR and project managers by participating in the technical evaluations of proposals, document review and the development of test plans and procedures. Also maintains awareness and reports the status of all assets registered to the Data Links Division in Xacta and other databases as required.


    Participates in all phases of the security authorization process. Reviews and provides information and opinions on Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentations needed to receive Authorization(s) To Operate (ATO)s, Interim ATOs (IATO)s, Interim Authority To Test (IATT), and Certificates of Networthiness (CON). Systems reside on Non-secure and secure networks. Tasks includes security engineering, implementation and validation, as well as facilitating request for waivers or other exceptions to policies based on tactical implementation of security domain requirements.


    Work includes supporting IA using Xacta and hands on testing of the assets to verify security controls are implemented correctly, inventory lab equipment and supporting lab environments to ensure the baseline remains accredited and that all security relevant changes are accounted for in Xacta and in the context of the ICD 503 Continuous Monitoring process.  




    • Must have and maintain an ACTIVE Top Secret SCI clearance.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification required.
    • At least 7 years of progressively complex cybersecurity experience in the design, development, integration, test, certification, accreditation of security solutions for DoD or IC intelligence systems.
    • At least three years of Cybersecurity experience supporting a DoD Acquisition programs/projects.
    • At least three years cybersecurity experience with the Intelligence Community (IC)
    • Experience with Data Links
    • Experience with Xacta
