Noblis is hiring a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST with a Top Secret SCI clearance in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Position to begin on, before, or near March 1, 2018.



  • Provide administrative support
  • Distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Answer phones/electronic mail and maintain messages
  • Review, produce, and finalize correspondence and briefing materials to include copying and binding of large briefings and/or reports within the timeframe provided
  • Understand and demonstrate use of software applications to including various Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Use of SharePoint is required
  • Coordinate responses to Congressional inquiries
  • Support and track the development of Memorandum Of Agreements (MOAs)/Memorandum Of Understandings (MOU)
  • Generate and maintain a list distribution and conference phone lists
  • TENCAP Calendar Management: Update PD Army TENCAP Calendars every business day, including two separate calendars: Army TENCAP Operations (Internal and External Meetings and significant events) and PD TENCAP Director’s Calendar



  • Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
  • Significant domain experience and customer knowledge
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing operational support for an executive office within DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • 5+ years experience utilizing MS Office applications

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of TENCAP and the IC customer 
  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed


  • Army background is preferred
  • Knowledge of IC organizations, roles and responsibilities within the current customer intelligence community
