Responsibilities

Noblis NSP is seeking a Program Coordinator to work in our Reston, VA office.  The selected individual will be an integral part of Noblis NSP’s business operations and management team.  To be successful in this highly visible position, you need to thrive on responding to multiple requests for information.  You will report directly to the Noblis NSP President and assist in the oversight of all Shared Services operations including, but not limited to, Accounting, Contracts, HR, Marketing/Communications, Procurement/Subcontracts, IT, and Security.  In addition, the individual will be interfacing between Noblis stakeholders, staff, and customers to help ensure business and mission success.  You’ll also need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving; the ability to interact well with all types of people and the willingness to play a major role in running the back office operations of Noblis NSP.

 

The specific responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assist with the management of business operations including, but not limited to Accounting, Contracts, HR, IT, Marketing and Communications and Security.
  • Assist in the reporting of accounting and reporting of financials.
  • Review and understand contractual funding and program/project impacts.
  • Serve as direct interface between Noblis NSP and Noblis for each Shared Services function.
  • Work directly with Noblis NSP Directors to see that their back office business needs are met.
  • Report to Noblis NSP executive management weekly on the accomplishments, actions, and any issues encountered within the business (produce weekly business reports.)
  • Contribute to company strategy sessions, create and manage senior leadership off-site materials, BOM meeting materials, BD and budget tracking reports, pipeline placement, ops meeting agenda.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable work experience (3 years).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.  Strong working knowledge of Excel a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and with a team.
  • Strong initiative, detail orientation, organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Experience with federal IC- clients a plus
